William Glenn provides consultation in leadership and ethics in the strategic planning process. One specialty is the application of vocational rehabilitation concepts in employer development.

The benefits of employing persons with a disability as contributing to a diverse workforce, innovation, and enhancing productivity become evident when proper planning is implemented. Bill supports developing knowledgeable, ethical planning and implementation of processes to successfully recruit and retain persons with a disability.
Bill is a qualified Rehabilitation Manager and holds a Master’s of Science in Rehabilitation from the University of Arizona at Tucson. He has special training in; hearing loss and neuromuscular conditions and in brain injury.
Bill is no stranger to accommodation, the hiring and retention processes currently in use today having spent 45 years as a vocational rehabilitation counselor and a rehabilitation administrator,
Bill has more than 20 years experience in developing leadership skills and processes used by employers to successfully recruit and retain employees who have a disability.
