Toni Howard Lowe is the HR Operations Leader for USAA Dallas and is responsible for employee relations, workforce development, and integrated strategy for USAA Plano & Addison offices in Dallas Metroplex. Prior to joining USAA with a diverse background in HR to include over a decade of experience with Fortune 100/200/500 companies supporting and overseeing HR strategy challenging each organization to maximize their full potential, create value, and advocate for a positive employee experience.

Toni has a Bachelors in Interpersonal Communications from the University of Central Florida as well as a Masters in HR Management from University of Phoenix, and recently achieved an Executive Certificate in HR Leadership from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Toni also obtained her Professional in Human Resource (PHR) designation in 2008 and SHRM-CP in 2015 and currently maintains both her designations.

Toni is an active volunteer in the HR and local community. Currently serving as the President of Dallas Chapter of National Association of African Americans in Human Resource, active volunteer/speaker with National Diversity Council Greater Dallas, active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc, a Inroads Alumni, National Member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Dallas HR chapter, and participates in the various USAA Serves events. In her spare time Toni effective trainer, public speaker, contributing writer, and blogger on the topic of Human Resource and Career Development. Her works and insights have appeared on Levo League, Business Management Daily, Black Enterprise, CoCa Cola Company - The Journey and Classy Career Girl Online to name a few.

Toni was a 2014 recipient of National Diversity Council's Multicultural Leader Award at the Florida Diversity & Leadership Conference in Orlando, FL & A 2016 Nominated "Changemaker" for the Whitehouse United State of Women Summit in Washington, D.C..
