As President and Managing Partner of Banrich & Company, Jerry founded and leads a management consulting practice dedicated to providing focused and high quality service to clients in the areas of talent management, change management, acquisition integration, leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to Banrich and Company, Jerry served as vice president of corporate human resources and talent management at Essendant (formerly United Stationers) where he operated as a partner and advisor to the senior leadership team on key strategic issues related to organization design, talent management and redeployment, executive development and succession, inclusion and multicultural engagement, change management, acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition integration. His background includes more than 20 years of extensive related experience with Waste Management, the Symbol Technology division of Motorola, The Gillette Company and Eaton Corporation.
Jerry is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace College in Ohio (B.A.). He serves as a Council Member for the Gerson Lehrman Group and Mentor for The Mentor Bank by Patina Solutions. He is also active in various community organizations in the Houston area.
