Neelu Sethi is the VP of IT overseeing Supply Chain & Hosting Services for Dr Pepper Snapple Group (DPS). A proven IT leader with 20 years of experience who has a passion for driving business innovation and operational excellence.
She reports to the CIO and oversees information technology for Supply Chain for all of US & Canada including Logistics, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Engineering, Procurement, Consumer Relations, Facilities, Environmental Health and Safety. In her current role, she is also responsible for the strategic direction, leadership and end to end operations of North America’s Data center and hosting Infrastructure, IT Procurement and IT Finance. When it comes to driving Innovation, she is responsible for setting strategic direction and execution of one of the three IT Innovation tracks focused to grow sales, crush cost and to enable retail execution. In addition to the management of contracts of several IT service providers, Neelu also manages IT outsourcing relationship with one of the two DPSG’s main IT service providers.
Neelu joined DPS in 1998, ten years prior to its merger with Cadbury Schweppes and then led IT Application operations through the spin-off of Dr Pepper Snapple Group. She led multimillion dollar ERP consolidation program enabling business process transformational alignment for Direct Store Delivery and Warehouse Direct route-to-markets. During her tenure at DPS, she has held multiple IT leadership positions. She is currently a member of Diversity inclusion Employee Resource Groups dedicated to fostering the career growth of Asian American and Women talent within Dr Pepper Snapple Group.
Prior to DPS, Neelu held several IT solution delivery positions and worked for HealthCare and Textile industries. She has domestic and international experience in operations, innovation, outsourcing, business strategies and program delivery.
Neelu holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, India and a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Delhi University, India. She and her husband live in Dallas. Outside of business subjects, she has interest in creativity and diversity.
