Joyce Eisler
Consultant, Employee & Organization Development
Oxy
Joyce Eisler is a Consultant in the Employee & Organization Development group at Occidental Petroleum Corporation (OXY). Joyce has spent 15 years in the oil and gas industry, and the last four years conducting analyses, training, and organization development consulting for Oxy. Prior to Oxy, Joyce and her husband owned and operated Eisler Medical Systems, a surgical sales and service company. Joyce holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, and is a member of the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business. Joyce lives in Sugar Land, TX with her husband James.
