Amy Mifflin is principal, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Global Collaborations, Inc. An international business consulting services company specializing in the areas of corporate social responsbility, cultural and diversity management, and strategy development for short and long term goals with an aim toward delivering visionary results for organizations ranging from multinationals to medium-large regional businesses.
Ms. Mifflin's varied corporate background enabled her to develop a unique set of skills from her 25 years working in North America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Most notably she spent a year working in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq for a large American integrated oil/gas company delivering results by building valuable relationships with key stakeholders, affirming reputational value, designing and developing short and long term strategies, training/developing national employees, among other key plans for business success. Additionally, she has significant experiences in delivering key milestones for enteries into Shale Developments in both the United States and Europe through effective and comprehensive CSR strategies.
Ms. Mifflin was also instrumental in developing and managing Executive leadership strategies for three different corporations, implementing workplace effectiveness studies including departmental action plans andm easuring success within those organizations for short and long term results; as well as designing and implementing variety of training and development programs for all levels of the workforce — globally. Amy has more than 19 years of experience in the field of Cultural & Diversity Management and Organizational Training & Leadership Development.
Most specifically her firm has recently launched Millennial Intelligence providing resources to corporations, organizations, and individuals within the Millennial Generation. With some 80 million Millennials in the United States alone, understanding, working with and gaining access to one of the most prolific generations since the Baby Boomers is paramount to corporate futures and Millennials alike.
Ms. Mifflin obtained a Bachelors of Science in Marketing and earned a second major in Management in 1990, from Indiana University Kelley School of Business, Bloomington, Indiana. She obtained a MBA with a concentration in Organizational Leadership in 2000, from Butler University, Indianapolis, Indiana.
