Paul is currently Owner, Trainer - Consultant for PGIC Consulting LLC. Paul has 25+ years of experience in areas of management leadership, training and consulting. He has a passion for facilitating that is seen whether he is in dialogue with you individually, or speaking and facilitating a group. He is passionate about bringing the best from each training to ensure that the training engages everyone so that each individual voice is heard, which maximizes the learning experience. As a trainer-facilitator he believes “dialogue allows us to move beyond polite and empty words, and beyond the fears and pain that keeps us disconnected. Dialogue moves us from being uninformed to informed, from informed to concerned, from concerned to active”. As a trainer he has facilitated in the areas of Diversity and Inclusion, Change Management, LGBT Issues, Empowerment, Accountability, Leadership, Team Building and more. Paul has also done extensive trainings pertaining to Land Administration (Division Orders and Lease Management) software implementations.
He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Managerial Studies and Religious Studies from Rice University (1976) and earned a Master’s of Business Administration from Abilene Christian University at Dallas (1982).
He holds memberships in the National Association of Lease and Title Analysts (NALTA), the Association of Lease and Title Analysts – Houston (ALTA), the National Association of Division Order Analysts (President in 1992), and the Houston Association of Division Order Analysts (HADOA). He has held various positions in past years in ALTA, HADOA, and NADOA. He is a Lifetime member of the National Black MBA Association where he has served in various leadership roles since joining in 1989 in both the Dallas and Houston chapters.
Paul has been a very active member of the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) since 2005, where he has held various local and national positions; including 4 years as a member of the Board of Governors, and 4 years on the HRC Board Diversity Committee and liaison to the HRC Diversity Council, and was the Diversity Co-chair for the HRC Board of Governors in 2011 and 2012. He has been a member of the HRC Federal Club since 2005, and the HRC Federal Club Council since 2009. He was a very active Diversity & Inclusion Trainer for HRC, and has trained over 10 HRC Steering Committees across the United States.
