In her role, Pamela is instrumental in the development and implementation of diversity-related initiatives and engagement strategies. Her primary responsibilities include the project management of diversity recruiting initiatives, professional development programs, and maintaining oversight of diversity and inclusion affinity groups. Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, Pamela worked as a Senior Diversity Strategies Specialist for American Airlines.
Pamela received her Master of Arts from Southern Methodist University and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She served on the SMU African American Alumni Board.
In the community, Pamela holds the position of Vice Chair of Community Affairs and Public Relations for the North Dallas Suburban Foundation for Life Development and Community Involvement.
